Install of Jan 2018 27162953 conflicts with 26792364 (Windows x64)

Installing  January 2018 PSU 27162953 for 12.1.0.2 on Windows x64 fails reporting a conflict with 26792364 12.1.0.2.171017 (Oct 2017) Windows Oracle JavaVM Component Bundle. Error report below.

Following patches have conflicts: [   26792364   27162953 ]

Use the MOS Patch Conflict Checker "https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/PatchConflictCheck" to resolve.

See MOS documents 1941934.1 and 1299688.1 for additional information and resolution methods.

UtilSession failed: Please rebuild the superset patch [27162953] to make sure it  supersedes all the relevant patch(es) [26720785,26792364].

Has anyone come across this as well?
