Not able to scrap an item

Hi,

We are facing an issue where there is an item which is physically not present in the inventory.

But still it shows on hand quantity as 12 and reserveable as 0.

When we try to do a subinventory transfer to move the item into Scrap it gives an error 'Transaction quantity must be less than or equal to available quantity'

I found this item in the Pending Transaction screen (Responsibility Inventory-> Transaction->Pending Transaction)

and found that there are 12 old canceled orders which are having this item and hence i think we are not able to move this item to Scrap.
