Cycle Count - Quantity on Hand

Hi Guys,

we are currently using the standard cycle count report:

R41411: The report ran with data-selection Quantity On Hand PQOH<> 0 (not equal to 0) - based on this all items with quantity on hand = 0 are not pulled by the cycle count.

• Is there a way to then update the cycle count date also for items where Quantity on hand is 0 ?
• Is wrong to run the report with data selection Quantity on hand <> 0 ?
• I tried to remove the data selection Quantit on hand <>0 from the R41411 and all the items are pulled by the report and it's ok, but then in order to update the next count date i have to enter "0" on each row where the items is 0 otherwise the Cycle Count update will not update the Next Cycle Count Date.
