Land, Parcel and Section concept

Hi Experts,

What is Land, Parcel and Section concept ?

Building, Floor and Office is understandable, where there is a building, the floors the building has and any office on any floor of the building.

But when it comes to land, I am not able to understand how is it been divided ?

Please explain the concept to me with an example/scenario

Any help will be highly appreciated
