How to calculate IOPS for the SAN to be used with Oracle DB

We are planning to upgrade our infrastructure to use Oracle Database Standard Edition with SAN. I need to calculate the IOPS that is required to purchase SAN based storage for use with our existing database Server (currently on Local disk)

How do I calculate that ? Is there any utility ?
