Enterprise Server Not starting

Hello Folks,

We are installing new JDE system 9.2 on linux platform. Below are the steps we have done till now..

1. Deployment server installed.

2. Platform Pack and database 12c installed

3. Created and installed planner

4. Applied Tool Release on both Deployment and Enterprise server

Now, we are not able to start the enterprise server. When i am trying to to start the jde services using server manager its does not respond and even log also not generating. Also i am trying from putty to start the services via startEntServer.sh its give me below error.

The ORACLE_HOME has been set to /u01/app/oracle/product/12.2.0/dbhome_1
