Need Unique Bank Number While Creation

Hi All,

My customer wants to maintain Bank Number as unique across all ongoing creating new banks. As of now I see Oracle is allowing users to create Bank with same numbers. It is managing the situation as maintaining Bank Name field as mandatory.

Please let me know how to do this via Functional Setup.
