UN CLEAR ERROR ON RECEIVING TRANSACTION !!!!

Dears,

I'm facing a a problem on receiving transaction, when i try to make a receipt note appeared with no data ( empty note ). then the transaction didn't save just the receipt number.

this happen on some of purchase order not all. i can't determine the reason to solve the problem.

please help

i will attache the photo of this error if any one face this problem before.
