Appliyng the latest Patches before opening a SR for SQL poor performances.

Problem description

Dear Sirs,

I need to have from you detailed indications how to get and install all the latest Patches (January 16, 2018

Oracle Critical Patch Update) on my Production Databases before opening a Service Request for a poor performance in executing on several queries after having moved from Linux with 11G to Windows with 12c on similar machines.

I tried to understand which patches I needed to install but the overall documentation is very cumbersome so I was unable to identify the correct patchset to install.

In the following I give you info about my Production Databases.
