EBS Database Options

I am planning an upgrade of one of my eBS Database(s) ( for cetrtification/support) but I will be retiring the eBS application because the solution will only be used for legacy reporting. If I retire an eBS Application and keep the database schema for reporting do I need an Enterprise Edition of the Database from a licensing perspective or will Standard Edition do providing I adhere to the no of processors required to run standard edition?
