Project costing to Billing -- High level process flow

Hi,

We have just gone live with EBS R12.2.5

We are into services business.

Where in we bid for projects and bill the customers based on the number of hours worked.

Our revenues are based on our costs.

Hourly Cost + profit margin = Revenue

We are using Oracle project accounting. However everything is done manually now.

How to leverage oracle such that, based on the project costing, billing can be done automatically ?

Please give as much information as possible.
