Login screen error "Bad Key"

Good afternoon,

There are more or less about 3 months, we have problem in the Siebel application, module "Finance". Every day, randomly, the "Bad Key" error occurs on the login screen.

Who is using the system remains logged in, but that tries a new access via url finds the error. We have already increased the log to 5 (last level) and we have an open ticket in ORACLE for almost 20 days and nothing!

This failure is becoming recurring and occurs on at least 2 occasions in the day. We already collected several logs from the ISS and sent them for analysis and had no conclusive feedback.
