How to submit the "Content ID" from OBI when publishing report output to Content Center

I'm trying to figure out how to send the Content ID from an OBI report I've scheduled to output to the webCenter Content server. Unfortunately you can't specify the Content ID in OBI when outputting the report results, because it is generated on the fly, so you end up with a new Content ID every time the report runs. The issue i'm having is when trying to download the latest revision of a file from the WCC using the transfer utility you have to specify the content id that you're trying to retrieve. Since it creates a new one every day you have to first do a search to find out the latest files that were created. The problem is that since it creates a new content id every day you end up with a bunch of daily files each with a different Content ID each with only one revision.
