R41548 complete with error

Hi,

As a part of year end close activity to roll forward the closing balances to next year I have to run R41548 as of update report.

But report is taking to much time (8 -15 hrs) and unfortunately ends with error status. Is there any prerequisites or reports which I need to run before running this report.? Any kind of help on this is highly appreciated. TIA.
