OCSG 6.1 Managed Server Unknow State Issue

Hi All,

I have ocsg 6.1 in production mode. Today morning I have faced issue with one of my managed server, my server state where in UNKNOWN state. I have observe following exception in trace.log

This issue has caused service unavailability to end users.
