Transaction Workbench & Note 2298270.1

Morning all,

We have been live on 12.1.3 since April 2017

We have recently (more or less by accident) discovered some behavior in Transaction Workbench that we don't really like or want.

This is described perfectly in MOS note 2298270.1

Is there anyway we can mitigate against this behavior?

We would probably prefer it if our users could not edit/re-input the lines of an AR Transaction
