Create Accounting For Those Transaction for which Period Has closed with out Open That Close Period

Hi,

We have some transaction pending in Payroll And  in Cost Management for accounting, and period is closed for that transaction. I would like to account that transaction with out open such period , is it possible ? If yes then how ?

As illustration we have pending transaction for Month Of March-17 for inventory but i  would like to account it with out open March-17.
