Best practices while using UFT with Siebel Ip2016

HI,

We recently started using UFT 14 to automate regression tests. Few transactions are extremely slow like login to the application and opening a pick applet etc in Siebel OUI 2016 eDealer. THis does not happen with manual usage of the application. Is there a best practice suggested by Oracle while using UFT with Siebel ?
