Server Manager Deployment Server Install Fails to Rename System TR Upgrade

Hello MOSC,

I'm trying to upgrade my JDE sandbox setup to Tools Release 9.2.1.6 from a TR 9.1.4.2.

All the other components, such as HTML and Enterprise Servers instances are already changed successfully but there's an issue with the Deployment Server instance, from Server Manager.

First of all, I cannot stop the instance and when I try to change the Software Component Version, it gives the following error. Does not write anything on the logs either:

I came across this "bug" documentation, which doesn't say much or at all about a fix, other than that, I can't find any other documentation about the matter.
