How To Get Email on Completion of Secondary Concurrent Process

When we run the concurrent process 'Government Check Batch(Payment Process Request Program' it also kicks off the process 'Scheduled Payment Selection Report'.  We can set the schedule to send notifications for when the initially process completes but that has the Request ID of the original process not the final selection report.  How can we get that process to send a notification with the link to it?
