CS 9.0 to CS 9.2 initial upgrade error in script DLUPSYSI.DMS.

CS 9.0 to CS 9.2 initial upgrade error in script
DLUPSYSI.DMS.   We are receiving the
following error.   I
have found MOS bug ID 2735112 that indicates same error as above but do not see
a workaround or a fix.  Has anyone else
encountered this issue and what was your solution?  

Importing SCCPS_COUNTER

Error:
Unable to update table with no key field.

Unsuccessful completion

Upgrade PATH – CS
9.0 to CS 9.2(image 3)

RFU’s – from CS Image 7

Tools – 8.55.16  both CS 9.0 and CS 9.2
