Sick Leave Accruals use the same pay type but have different caps/rollovers
We are making some changes to our sick leave accruals to get rid of the custom process being used. We have several different sick leave accruals that have varying caps or rollover amounts. They all use the same sick leave pay types though.
For instance: Exempt staff accrue at a specific rate and have a cap of 1440 hours so accrue no more after they hit that.
Non exempt staff accrue at the same rate but have no cap on their hours. They can only rollover 1440 hours at year end.
Part time staff accrue at a part time rate, have no cap, but can only rollover 40 hours at year end.
