Employees with all non-paid pay types showing CPP credit on register/stub

Hello,

we have some employees who have all their time entry for a weekly period entered as non-paid time (800 series pay type). When they are pulled into a payroll or even into an interim there is a -3.33 CPP credit. Which turns into a net of $3.33. The users mentioned that this seems to have just started with the payrolls for 2018.

I requested the Vertex Before/After report for an interim to see if it showed anything that may be causing this. Nothing that I could see. The YTD Gross is right, the YTD exemption is right and the YTD CPP is correct based on these amounts. I have attached the report for reference.
