Internal Sales order error

when running Order Import for internal sales order, i get the error 'The specified subinventory is invalid to use, the profile option INV: Allow Expense to Asset Transfer is set to No. Change the profile option to Yes or choose a valid subinventory' . Order is transfering inventory item from one inventory Org to another Inventory Org, not expense item. Both Orgs are OPM orgs. I wouldnt think I would need to change the profile option as both Orgs and subinventories are are currently in use for this item with no issues. Please advise.
