Can we have Source as 11.2.0.3(OEL5) and Standby as 11.2.0.4(OEL6/7)?

I have a Source database at 11.2.0.3 version running on OEL5 and need to create a standby on Oracle cloud which supports 11.2.0.4 as minimum version and OEL 6

Is this supported to run standby on a higher version?
