Issue against 'PRC: Calculate Forecast Amounts (Initial)'

Hi All,

I am not expert in this area and facing issue as explained below.

I followed all the steps from PJF-F1.1 to PJF-F1.7 ((Oracle Projects Implementation Guide); but not getting any output against 'PRC: Calculate Forecast Amounts (Initial)'. Log is attached.

Please guide if missing any step(s).
