Subledger Period Close Exception Report showing incomplete and invalid transactions

Hi Guru's,

While run the subledger report it showing Incomplete and invalid transactions, The create accounting currently we are using schedule program every one hour run it automatically.

But the journal category Event date showing 31st Jan,2018,So invoices will get account as of event date? please elaborate on this.

Could you please explain on Multi period accounting program in detail as well.
