Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Authentication issue with SIM application v16

Unable to log into sim application V16.

We are able to login to ODSM application using sim user credentials.

user account is not locked.

Please find below result for

ldapbind -p 3060 -D cn=superuser1,cn=users,dc=tcscoe,dc=oretail,dc=com -w **********

bind successful

Please find the attachment for sim server log.
