Budget control setup for Approved Financial Plan?

Dear Experts,

Is there a standard way to get the 'Approved Financial Plan (of Budget class)' type in Budget control drop down? Currently we see only Budget types in this form.

Since there is no 'Resource' (Expenditure Type) level, budget control setup available from Project Planning & Control module, we would like to use 'Budget control' setup form to set 'Approved Financial Plan' to control project costs based amounts baselined in 'Approved Financial Plan' type.

Is there any profile or some standard approach to achieve this functionality?

If not what is the best way to customise to achieve this requirement?
