HFM 11124.206 Import Application drop down not showing Prod Database link

We have been using Import Application to copy Prod to Dev HFM applications since Sep 2017 and it has copied applications successfully, yet now the Database link to PRod no longer shows up in the drop down list of linked Databased.  My database team has confirmed the link to Dev and Prod SQL Databases still exist and is successful and no rights have changed.   In December 2017 we applied HFM patch 11124.206.
