Remount Database FS with norstchown

in Oracle Solaris System Administration (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Running Solaris 10 (150400-46) and I need to specify norstchown on some test/dev and Prod Oracle Database UFS filesystems, this is related to Oracle document 1400909.1.

My question is simply will I be able to remount each Database Filesystem with the norstchown option or will I need to close the Database, unmount each Filesystem, modify accordingly, mount the Filesystem then restart the DB? I have remounted on normal Filesystems many times but am weary on a Oracle DB FS.

I also know this should be zfs or upgrade but unfortunately this is historical and can't be changed.
