IP17 Unable to initialize/extract Local DB

Hi All,

Trying to initialize local DB for IP17. Running local database setup script as below

SIEBEL_TOOLS_ROOT\bin\LocalDbSetup.exe -s $SiebelTools -o "$ODBCDataSource" -t $TableOwner -u $username -p $password -r "Siebel Repository" -d $ODBCDataSource_XE -x "$OracleXEInstallationPath" -l $logfilename -w $debugmode -y "Runtime Tables"

C:\Siebel_17\Tools\bin\LocalDbSetup.exe -s C:\Siebel_17\Tools -o "SBA_IP17_DSN" -t SIEBEL -u sadmin -p sadmin123 -r "Siebel Repository" -d LOCAL_XE -x C:\Siebel_17\Tools\oraclexe -l C:\Siebel_17\oraclexe.txt -w y -y y

But process is not getting completed. It is getting struck at optional Step 8
