Is it feasible to install Hyperion 11.1.2.4 on virtual servers

We are planning to upgrade Hyperion on premise version to 11.1.2.4. Is it feasible to install Hyperion in Virtual servers without effecting the performance.

We have Hyperion Planning classic application which has 5 Plan types and 4 Essbase only cubes, Financial reporting ERPI.

Thanks in advance for suggestions.
