Teradata to ODI Connectivity Issue

I am getting below error in Development ODI,while running an ODI Procedure which connects to Teradata database.

Teradata databases are up and running and I am able to connect to these database from my TEST or Production ODI.So its not an issue with Teradata database but something to do with the JDBC driver.Any help or troubleshooting suggestions please?

ODI-1227: Task TERA_CONSOLFX_PROC (Procedure) fails on the source TERADATA connection TERADATA_BIWD.

Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: [Teradata JDBC Driver] [TeraJDBC 14.10.00.17] [Error 1277] [SQLState 08S01] Login timeout for Connection to BIWD
