R072902 processing option #3 description has opposite value definitions from Item help. Which is co

Good Morning,  As shown on the screen captures below, for the R072902 – Generate Payroll Journal Entries the Processing Option 3 – Values definitions on the screen have the exact opposite definition as the Item Help.  Does anyone know which is correct?  This may explain the strange PR JE results we've been getting.  Thank you!
