P4210 Overriding Customer Price Group

Our users want to be able to override the customer price group in P4210 - Sales Order Header/Additional Header Information.  The form allows the change, but the grid prices do not change.  Are other steps required to get the new prices or does this sound like a bug?  Thank you.
