How To Set A Default Value For Company Segment Of the Accounting Flexfield

Oracle EBS 12.1.3 RUP5

In MOAC setup, we would like to default the company value for the Company Segment in the Accounting Flexfield.  We have different responsibilities defined for different companies. I am trying to use the SQL as shown in the uploaded screen shot but it works for one company but not for other.  I get the below error:

APP-FND-00806: The default value 01 is invalid for the Company segment. Your default value will be ignored. Please inform your system administrator that: Add the value 01 to the value set for segment Company, or choose another default value in the Key Flexfield Segments form or Descriptive Flexfield Segments form. Use the Edit Concurrent Program or Define Report Set form for Standard Report Submission report defaults.
