hi,

In the food industry, for ex a fixed sized chicken filet (can't change the input weight):

It gains weight after spicing

It gains weight after breading

it loses weight when cooked

The final cooked product in total gains weight.

it is as if the yield is greater than 100%.

How could this be translated in BOM and routing, since % waste cannot be negative and % operation yield cannot be more than 100%.
