Record Invalid - Companies Exist, but get Record Invalid running B0000128

We started getting an error today when using a Company in transactions, and that Company has been around for years.  We have had no changes to that company since last week (Period change).  We did recently add more companies to the Company Constants, and that is where my question lies.  In the P98613 should we increase out memory size for table F0010?  I don't know how the memory is calculated for the tables in the cache table.  We now have 489 companies, and the cache memory is at 50,000.  I did read the article below, and we can do a
