Does JDE have a report to find employees in a given tax area that have worked over 500 hours in a ye

Hello Everyone,  The state of California has an annual environmental fee that is based on the number of employees who worked more than 500 hours in a calendar year.  Is there an existing report for this OR has anyone developed a report they are willing to share.
