Can some one advise best possible approch to load exchange rate to oracle EBS 12.1.3

Looking for best approach to load exchange rate through WebAdi with validation. during last year mistakenly loaded exchange rate through web ADI & only discovered during Month end activities.

I need your experience on how to manage exchange rate load to avoid such similar incident.

Current Business practice:

1- Getting weekly email from exchange agency

2- pick enabled exchange rate currencies

3- download WebAdi through oracle EBS 12.1.3

4- paste the rate & upload to oracle

5- Exchange rate gets populated
