Is it possible using Maintenance User Workbench and Do any one have a details document for Maintenan

Dear All,

My client have the following requirement;

1) Receive a complain for a specific area (in eAM departments are created area wise, for example Civil-Deira Dubai, Civil Bur Dubai, Civil Sharja etc.

2) Create a Service Request and then create a Work Order against that Service Request and assign the relevant department and supervisor + Employee assigned to the resource (created as a resource  in the EAM)

3) The supervisor will login to the system and will add operation to the work order by assigning the relevant resource (for example Plumber, Mason, Painter etc)

Responsibility: Maintenance User Workbench

Profile: EAM: Maintenance Supervisor = Yes (@ responsibility Level)
