Upgrep failed at "preparation of prior Customer Repository" -IP17

Hi ,

i was trying to upgrade from 15.4 to Ip17 , i was done with all the pre-upgrade tasks and imported DB into 12c database from 11g as well.

i was able to establish ODBC connectivity and connecting through siebel tools .

i was getting error while running UPGREP from DB utilities at preparation of prior customer Repository.

attached below snapshot and the logs as well. can any one help me out at this point ,i am unable to find any solution from any Blog.

Your solution helps me a lot. Please do suggest any changes need to do before running UPGREP again to resolve this.
