JDE HTML Server- Security Server Connection Failure (Web Products)

I see server manager alerts sometimes that look like this-

Monitor: Proactive

  Event Type: Security Server Connection Failure (Web Products) Event Time: 1/25/18 8:28 AM Managed Instance:

When I check the HTML instance log for the time, its says-

25 Jan 2018 08:28:27,853[SEVERE][JAS]Security System Failure. Please see Security Server logs for details

25 Jan 2018 08:28:27,853[MANDATORY][JAS]User is not Authenticated.

25 Jan 2018 08:28:27,853[SEVERE][JAS]Exception occured in the JDESignon.jdeSignon() :BuildUserSession Failed. java.lang.NullPointerException

So, I test the instance, everything is fine, i am able to login fine, no complaints from the users.
