As of Balances File (F41112) Messed Up

HI,

I have an issue where the As of balances file (F41112) is messed up, not sure what had happened , been told that As Of Report (R41542) was run and this has messed up whole balances file. some items have been screwed up till 2012 as well.

There are huge list of Items across 5 branch plants tats been messed up. It was all fine until end of may 2017 post which the report was run and has screwed up balances file.

Should I regenerate the whole As of File using R41542 for each branch plant and then run R41548 for each fiscal year to fix this balances?
