Academic Advising reports stuck in "processing" status

Hello

We are running the academic advising report for one student at time on our test environment and we noticed that it does not complete.

When I look the trace file for SRPCAARC I don't see any error messages.

I tried running it for a couple of different students and it does not complete for any of them. The browser just spins and spins each time I press the "process" button.

When I try to look for the results of the pdf file. I actually see a partial report created. But the status says "processing".
