Question related to extended support
Hi,
The below URL provides information about what each support category refers to

But we would like to get some more specific information with reference to Sustaining and Extended Support.
From the description at above URL, we understand that, compared to premium support, the extended category would provide same support with additional fee.
Questions :
1. Where do we get the information related to additional fee?
2. Is there a change in the way S1 tickets are addressed in extended support?
