Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In one of the metalink note -Putaway Transaction Taking Too Much Time When Using Inbound Operation Plan (Doc ID 1273200.1)

I saw the point -->Create operation Plan selection rule.

May i know how to create and how can i use it putaway process.
