apostrophe in email address - Schedule Report Job

Good afternoon,

I posted this in the other BI Publisher space, but I'm not sure if it was the right spot... so I 'll post it here too...

I am trying to run a report on a schedule and one of the recipients has an apostrophe in his email address.  For example: email

Unfortunately, BI returns an error that reads:  "Missing or Invalid Domain Name (email).  Example: name@domain.com".

Oracle Support Rep tells me it's working as expected... What am I missing?  Is there some other way to make sure this gentleman gets the report?
