ODA X6-2S: Stuck with database in "Deleting" status

Hello,

This happened on our ODA running release 12.1.2.9.0.

When trying to delete a database thru the web interface, I got an error message along those lines: "DB deletion failed; internal server error."

Since then, that database is perpetually shown with a "Deleting" status (be it thru the web interface or in odacli outputs), and I can't get fully rid of it.

Digging here and there, I found the root cause of my problem in /opt/oracle/dcs/log/dcs-agent.log :

2018-01-26 10:44:41,308 DEBUG [Database Deletion] [] c.o.d.c.u.CommonsUtils: Output : PRCR-1164 : Failed to flush an output stream ORA-09817: Echec d'??criture dans le fichier d'audit
